Hahaha. 1M satoshi is under 200 USD. You'll need at least $50K to get anything done in a reasonable timeframe. 

You can't write software and you can't pay to get it written. Your project is dead on arrival. 

Best you can do with $200 is to spend it on a good LLM and try to DIY.
