 I’ve been a Talent Management Consultant for 12 years. I help organizations set up org charts and how all the jobs align internally to help companies deliver their services. This then extends to designing competency frameworks to manage talent as they go through their employment life cycle. 

So I help companies design and implement policies and procedures that cover the entire employee journey from recruitment, performance management, incentives, learning, career path planning, succession planning. And a lot of other adjacent areas like salary scales and total compensation. 

Ideally, I want to pivot a little, and get into companies that design the IT systems that manages this. Things like Oracle HCM Fusion, SAP Success Factors and the likes. 

The dream, is to get out of all of this. Start my own thing. But that needs a little more calculated steps.
