It's most important that others can write to that. For example if they are paid relays or mount limited relays and other npubs want to write there, they might be blocked. DVMs try to reply to your public inbox.  

 That solved it by adding damus relay 

 That's great. Public inbox relays are ideally always public relays anyone can write to. 

Public home relays can be paid ones as well as you are the one writing there.

 Would be great if you could copy/paste the relay url from relay screen so as to move them around.
