The third rule is: Talk about gender, race, Tik Tok, war, golf, blame inflation on the president. You can even talk about things you don't understand,  like bitcoin. Use ad hominum attacks like, Authoritarian, sleepy, crooked, or poopy-pants. Just don't break rules one and two.
