If you are on mobile there isn’t a way through your desktop alby extension, as far as I know.

I use an app called nostr:npub1tnpfz60snm7ler8k8c69335n37we6690qttl88t556yzkjxhahjq3kkkpe on iOS to sign into websites via safari. There are easy instructions in the app.
