2/2 I decided to throw in the towel when I felt an urge to buy petrol and torch #school.

So I've been off with as little pressure as possible for a whole year (thanking #collectivebargaining ) tho I felt pressure to get better a lot. Lots of #mentalhealh work, trying to foster good habits.

FF a year & I DID NOT HAVE THAT KNOT IN MY GUT for having to go to school this morning. Had coffee with colleagues, arranged a laptop, reactivated accounts. Tired now.

But eager to work to #teaching again!
