Took me a bit of trial and error to get results I was happy with. Don't be afraid to experiment. YouTube and a meet thermometer are your friend. 

I found a cast iron skillet that fits in mine and I cook all my steaks in that now.  

 What exactly is it?  Just a countertop oven? I like cast iron on a grill, or sous vide.  This looks compact & cool though.
