I don't understand people going on project issues/PR and trying to force addition of a CoC
like, if nobody wants it, it's totally useless

it's like having laws but no police and judge to apply it

sure adding one before SHTF is ideal, but it shouldn't be brought clumsy and dropped in
and that what's in the CoC should be thought and written by the community, not a copy/pasta
