Sausage, mushroom, black olive is standard for me most everywhere. 

Local place has gyro meat as a topping so I’ve been doing gyro meat, black olive, onion, tomato, and then tzatziki sauce on top once I get it home. 

 haven't started liking olives yet, still waiting for it to click for me

what is tzatziki? 

 Greek yogurt sauce with cucumber, garlic, olive oil, dill/mint.
