My family members keep running into people across the city that knew me from grade, middle, and high schools....

I DON'T REMEMBER ANY OF THEM.

Do people typically remember other people? People are NPCs in my world that I try not to run into because it would probably hurt. Not actual entities to remember their names, talk to, etc. When one thing is complete, graduation, a job, etc. I just purge all memory of what happened in that space and focus on the next.
