If clients could add a simple 'trending hashtags' section with basic Web of Trust (WOT) for spam filtering and relevant recommendations, it would bring much more fun to Nostr. 

It would make it easier to create new trends, facilitate organized discussions, and be especially beneficial for new users. 

I understand there some challenges, but I believe the effort would be absolutely worth it.
