On Wednesday, what was a gesture becomes seen as a right; the person feels he deserves what you are offering. The fifth time, you create an addiction: this person can no longer imagine his life without what you give, and he already feels spoiled. The sixth time, when you realize the lack of reciprocity and decide to stop, what you get in return is resentment.
