 I'm actually surprised that no one made an easy list follow capability with one tap to follow them all, but then again, most clients don't support lists and they've been available since March 2023. Amethyst is close here.

 Okay. Just as I thought. There's no follow all button on Amethyst. That would be nice. And it would be even better if more clients supported it.
