But you don't get to pick that thing and say it's the best option for all.  I'm not saying those dogs shouldn't have been muzzled. If they were classed as dangerous but exempt, then it would be the law for them. I am agreeing all dogs should be under control in public just it's not for you to choose how. I'm glad because in many cases your restrictive choice is stupid.
