Psychic dream of Psycologist:
I believe it was a parallel universe vs. different dimension because ot was similar to our reality but another version of if.....in a city .....I kept trying to get on a top of what it appeared commercial building with business offices....a corporation 

Everything was super ckean an neat .....Dark cloudy day I could not see Sun....or was it this way every day.....weather control?
The City was so spotless clean I could take my shoes off and walk barefoot. Yet I was making some serious effort to get on a roof top of that corporate building.....to walk on another side of the roof top and enter sister building....
There were a lot of technology ....all.aort of devices for residents and flying cars and other transportation.....so maybe it's future? 
Nobody was stressing about resources and people were more chilled ....working on new technology...
But I was there on a roof top for anotuer reason- tall very beautiful skinny frame lady dressed in all.black with short dark hair...
