Adobe has made its painting app, Fresco, completely free in a bid to compete with Procreate. The app was previously available for $9.99 per year, but now offers all premium features without a subscription fee. Fresco is designed for touch and stylus-supported devices, and is available on iPad, iPhone, and Windows PCs.
