This is going to be like the 4th or 5th time following that wise recipe with the right ingredients.
00 thin flour, olive oil virgin extra, fresh yeast, sugar, salt, water.
Last week I made it with normal flour instead of 00 flour. Terrible idea, lol, when trying to stretch and shape it, the texture was quite different, less elastic, harder to stretch without breaking it. A pain in the ass.
Fortunately I've got that 00 thin flour again so today I'll have my focus on improving the shaping part. All by hand, no rolling pin. Wish me luck 😘
