Pro Tip --- if you get a new (to you) camper --- get fire insurance on it lickety split.

The portable Studio BTC truck and camper rig survived one weekend but not a second. The RV fridge set to gas mode decided to burn some dreams down this past weekend.

Here's the before:

Insurance will only cover the contents/personal items --- the truck and camper --- nada. 😢. However - me & my wife weren't asleep inside when this happened so we're thankful to be alive and can report that we're physically fine. Will try again down the road I hope and have an office where I can just take a couple of steps to touch grass. 🤞🤞🤞

 Damn bro. Sorry to hear.
Silver linings, no injuries.
What happened exactly?
Best guess I've learned is that the coupler for the fridge got stuck open while operating in gas mode.

The fire started under the fridge, so the flames weren't immediately exposed. It went up pretty quickly after they were though.
