We could have relays that people can use as their "inbox" that filter notes for the REQ {"#p": "<myself>"} excluding notes that come from low-value pubkeys (created yesterday with no posts, no notes, no nothing), pubkeys that have been muted by people in my WoT, maybe also filter notes that tag too many people (hellthreads etc). Is this a good solution?
