Odd - local news says Denver's "Mayor Mike" wants to spend $242M on homeless in 2024

That is a BIG chunk out of the 1.7B total budget.
So I look up the mayor's briefing
https://denvergov.org/Government/Agencies-Departments-Offices/Agencies-Departments-Offices-Directory/Department-of-Finance/Our-Divisions/Budget-and-Management-Office/City-Budget
the 2nd page says $242M for "for resolving and preventing homelessness and investing in affordable home rental and homeownership opportunities for residents across Denver."
But the numbers about half that. Another $50M on p6 but still not enough.
Hmm.
