 Just think about it. If there were encryption that couldn't be broken then governments wouldn't go through the trouble of pressuring CEOs to implement backdoors. Moreover if this were true, real hackers could do that too and the whole modern tech infrastructure would be open for attacks all the time (which actually is) 
That being said, this doesn't mean it's impossible for a malicious actor to find his way to the encryption keys...
