Ours does not and often can’t afford to have people mow the grass much less spray chemicals. And even if other cemeteries did, it wouldn’t matter bc people are just collecting seeds for planting. 

The native plants would be planted in specific places in the cemetery such as front office gardens, along borders/entrances, etc. Not where people mow or might spray chemicals.
