I was going to keep this private but fuck it! We develop in the open!
Here is the entire 12+ month projection on nutmix development.

Short-term (1-3 months)
- Admin Dashboard.
I'm already working on this, this will allow mint admins to be able to change setting on the mints in a much better way as well as control what is happening on it.
I will explore the possibility of making an Admin API so you can configure things programatically. This would be useful for software like start9 or umbrel.

- Multi-path payments. This will allow wallets to pay from multiple mints at the same time.

 - CLN support for the mint.

  Mid-term (3-6months)
  - Liquidity management. if the mint has a lot of money on lightning being able to move it to something like on chain or liquid would allow you to mitigate some risks.
  - EUR support with strike backend.
  - WebSocket communication NUT.

  - Mint Authentification: This is still a working spec in which I would be contributing to it to make it a reality.
  - DLC Ecash. This is still a a Draft PR but very interesting stuff that I would love to apply.

  - Monero support (I'm still on the fence with this one).

Long-term (6 - 12 months)
  - all encompassing docker container.
This would be a command or binary that you can execute and you can then easily pick and choose what you need for your mint.

You don't have anything setup?
I will setup bitcoin core, lightning and the mint for you. with other optional stuff like mempool.space and LNBITS.

you already have a lightning node?
Great! I will only setup the mint and you can link to it on the setup process.

NOTE:
When setting up a lightning node from scratch there could be a possibility of using an LSP and could be a possible source of income to the project.

- Secure remote signer for ecash. Cashu Mints are commonly hosted in remote servers if we can have the keys to the mint in a secure enclave (AWS or home signing device) it would be a great improvement in security specially if we can combine it with VLS in lightning.

There is one milestone that will happen during the entire process and it's constant testing improvements as well as bug fixes reported by users or myself.
