i used to listen to this track every day on my way to work, in the before days. it became a form of mediation for me. over the course of two years i found myself adding a little more and more to the experience. first, little gratitudes. then a gratitude for every little thing. then came the affirmations and visualization. i was able to see a change in how i handled my day. good or bad, easy or tough, i was grounded.
i don't think this is any different than gym tracks or hype tracks or any track you listen to for a certain purpose. it's all mental manipulation. i would love to hear yours and the story behind it if you have one.
