what's the bestlightning wallet to use with nostr... or in general? I use wallet of satoshi but I have to VPN out of usa because they don't work here. I got 90% of the way with my own lnd node but I don't know if I want to do that at the moment.

There is an Aussie guy there called Dan he and his wife have the best set up in Popoyo - forget the nabe of it but you can’t miss it .. it’s opposite the general store a big white oasis! Great food too 💜

This makes me wonder, is/was there any (digital) protocol which not allowed to use by a state? I'm sure they can do this by law, but enforcing it is something else.
