 I only know of https://hotrightnow.nostr1.com , but I think it doesn't scan images. That would be next-level.

 Seems to be this one called hotrightnow. It probably is quite good, but seems to not do in- image detection, which would be amazing. Perhaps that's good enough? ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯

 @7fqx I think relay.tools only lists relays they host at nostr1.com. It’d be more useful a directory if there were outside relays listed as well.
