I think the people who care about this stuff are anon on here. Nostr will probably never require any sort of KYC, and there is no management for the feds to contact to get your details from. There may not be a delete button, but it is possible that the protocol will evolve and old posts are automatically removed from relays after a certain amount of time. 

But if you have all your data on here, then yeah, very likely that they could use that to come after you, just a little less so.
