I can't speak toward anything that you haven't mentioned, but as far as those two tactics, I'm perfectly comfortable with the trajectory it sets in motion for those miscreants, and I welcome them to place themselves into a bubble, all alone with themselves.

For a little background, see my earlier post ;) It certainly works for me, with no regrets whatsoever, and truth be told, those EU and California residents disregard their own governments anyway, contrary to what is specified my TOS/AUP.

People don't like to be excluded based on where they live, and will ignore the edicts of their own governments, just so they can belong.
