I think it means your public key, or identity... will carry sats with it. Just as your nsec provides the same profile across every Nostr platform, now your sats can be taken with you just as easily without thinking about it. Plus alot more other cool stuff I'm still wrapping my head around. 

Not sure if what I've written is correct so if it's not... someone please correct!
