Q: Shouldn't TG users perhaps NOT expose the connection between their 2 profiles (TG->>Signal) so easily ? 

I'm anticipating that TG has to hand over the full username list (with IP's and phone#'s ) before Pavel can leave France. 

Ie don't announce your TG nym is now this signal username. (Different for known profiles, obv). 
Thoughts?
