Happy first run of the month nostriches, over 10k done in a beautiful light mist (most none Brits would call in fog) a world different from how tough last month was, so fitness appears to be moving in the right direction, back to warm then pretty cold shower now moving onto #coffeechain with a good dose of fat. 

Could finish the month now and it was be pretty darn good, but have election fun, moonvember and movember, so will need to do some meditation to cope with all the fun. 🫡🙌 #grownostr
