An Italian startup, Artinoise, has created a USB-C accessory called Zefiro that turns smartphones into playable musical instruments. The device uses lip and air pressure sensors to simulate various instrument sounds through an accompanying mobile app. The Zefiro can be connected to desktops and laptops for use with music software compatible with the MIDI standard.
