i'm happy with GNU but Linux has failed me on hardware this year, took me almost a week to find an OS that actually worked with my new AMD video card

also i'm pretty fixed on sticking with Zen processors and Radeon video

I've got windows now but really it's mainly there now to properly run games that don't run so well on Linux

hell, i'd advocate for desktop Android if anyone was bothered to actually properly implement the WIMP interface, it's half there, but many other really great features are way ahead of desktop Linux
