It's interesting how often I see raging leftists in my incredibly blue Midwestern city use a Southern accent to portray stupidity (this usually happens at work, and they don't hide their ideology).

The same people who claim to care so much about immutable traits use my immutable trait to essentially portray retardation (another immutable trait) mockingly.

I have a Southern accent, and my IQ is 137. I'm no genius, but I'm also not retarded.

I've also heard blatantly sexist statements. Recently, one of these PC warriors said she wished all men were gone from the planet. Cool. Imagine if I said that about women (or any other demographic). Do any of us believe we would be treated the same by HR? Would the patriarchy save me? I don't think so.

There's a lot of hypocrisy in this PC movement that many people aren't willing to acknowledge.
