Great place to gm ☀️☕️ and sip my coffee. 

The owner of the lil place I’m renting is retired and a savage gardener. She has a full zen garden in the front yard too. Her yard is absolutely full of quail and other birds. 

Great water, cut my commute down by almost 2 hours, $1000 a month less than the last place and really quite nice for the price.
