you’ve been doing a lot of work to help with those affected by Hurricane Helene. It’s greatly appreciated. Those areas aren’t typically impacted by hurricanes as much as Florida. (I’m a Floridian.) So, many of them may not know about hurricane relief options. I’m not sure if you know but for those who have been impacted by the recent hurricanes, they can probably receive hurricane relief assistance regarding their bills. Inform them to call their credit card company, mortgage lender, or bank and state the impact of the hurricane. In some cases, those impacted may be able to defer payments for two months depending on the company.  And missed payments during that time won’t be reported to the credit bureaus. The companies might also offer additional assistance such as waiving late fees.
