Last fall I tried cover crops, & my favorites are tillage radish (below) and Austrian winter peas. This year the radishes are big. 1 lb. 10 Oz. w/o the tops.

This shape reminds me of a tusk, and I may use it for a carved pumpkin creation. Warthog?
