Some ppl really just wanna complain. I was at the register checking out for a pair of twins and it's a big order too so I just make some light conversation to help the time pass by.

They say their from outta state and moved here blah blah nothing to crazy. We're all pretty friendly and I finish the order and their gone.

A customer at the register next to me offhandedly says she's never coming here again. Being the schmoozer I am I ask what's wrong and if we could do anything to make it better. She says the order took too long and I assume she meant the other cashier didn't call her fast enough cuz the line was empty by time she came.

Now the cashier is a good guy but I tell her we'll try to be faster but then she goes "You'd probably have been faster if you cut the chit chat" and I'm like?????

Like not only was it a big order and I didn't want to just silently ring them up for 7 mins but imagine complaining about a service you didn't receive especially when the ppl who DID receive it were satisfied??????
