China is run by the Chinese Communist Party.

Individualism is the main adversary of communism. Individualism is  individual free agency and unalienable rights.

Unalienable rights are rights that cannot be taken away, not even by a 100% majority rule vote.

Unalienable rights cannot be legislated away, they cannot be ruled away by any court, and government intstitutions cannot add qualifiers to them, or dilute them.

Communism justifies all it's evil deeds using democracy.

Democracy robs freedom of choice from minorities. Unalienable rights guarantee the rights of minorities and individuals.
