 Hi Peter. I'm sorry you are encountering some issues with our new product, the self-custodial wallet. We made it so that users can recover sovereignty over their funds and choose their own usage limits.
Are you having issues with a self-hosted Alby Hub? or with Alby Hub on Alby Cloud? If it is self-hosted, what type of mount did you use?
Send us an email to support@getalby.com mentioning the email you used to create your Alby Account. Also feel free to explain what are the steps you have taken before having the issue, you can also attach screenshots if they are relevant to your problem.
