Haha. I’m so confused, yet extremely intrigued. It’s hard to get very spicy local stuff.
Although my favorite local 焼き鳥屋さん has a mean 青唐味噌 that’s great with cucumber and in their おにぎり. I remember one batch being so strong I nearly vomited haha
