you can always tell someone's experience in coding, to some extent their personality (eg. organise or unorganise coder) and age by looking at their code. I always have respect from coders who make an effort to "comment" on their code. It shows maturity, team work and self-organise (to some degree but not absolute).👌💯💯💯👏👏👏
