In my experience with my own body over many years I’ve come to realize that there isn’t a “bad macro-nutrient”…
But instead there’s—
Good protein and bad protein,
Good fats and bad fats,
Good carbs and bad carbs
If you can imagine picking it from a tree, bush or digging it out of the ground or killing it…it’s good for you…if you can’t and you have to read a label that has words on it that you can’t pronounce then it isn’t.
