Do you think interop between nostr apps is a bad idea? seriously, i want to reduce the amount of code i am writing but provide links between apps. tryin max laziness here.
I think interoperability is one of our super powers with Nostr.
When I sold software to hospitals & it involved medical records; that was a big word thrown around. They had no idea what it meant or how to implement it but it was thrown around a lot.
Healthcare might be the worst customers of all. Not their fault. It’s a function of the regs imposed upon them. But they’re extremely poor when it comes to IT spend and consider their systems last of all even though they could save a shitton of they did things properly.
“Cloud records”. Follow the patient. I still netted the fish. It’s still on the shelf most likely & this was 10 years ago.
Follow the patient 😂 They have a lot of shelfware because they don’t pay properly. They get people in who want to fix shit, they try, they buy some stuff and never get the internal support to implement/adopt it properly, those ppl get frustrated with the burden of process and leave because they’re not paid well enough to stick through it. The next guy who comes in never has a remit to sort the existing shit out, they’re always hired to “sort out the last guys supposed fuckups” when in reality it the Org that continuously fucks thing up and the people working in it just tried their best with a shitty hand. Healthcare sucks in the west as a result.
i don't think fiatjaf likes it, but i am tired of having to login to multiple web apps and doing nostr login over and over again. maybe i am just abusing the concept of nip98 in order to reduce my code burden to have all the features. maybe its time for another 3 month sabbatical away from nostr and i'll work on something more constructive and lower level. Blah. Its also wet and rainy today
maybe git add .env.example instead of .env okay i'll look at the code now.
