Ok, I think this captures enough of what you've commented. Must be a touchy subject for you. I never said nourish. I also didn't say anything about eating more or less.
I am morbidly obese. It is one of several goals to correct this, but secondary to other health factors. Adding fiber to my diet, or whey protein, do not seem to me to be a way of safely doing so. I also don't think eating "more" is a great idea.
So, as I asked politely, how do adding fiber and whey protein fuel and replenish your body while allowing for safe weight loss?
