I’m scheduled to give a major keynote address tonight. The event organizers specifically invited me in light of my work as a human rights lawyer. A few days ago they saw my comments regarding the violence in Israel and Palestine.

They called me yesterday—not to object—but to actively express their solidarity & support of my efforts to uphold justice above all else. Let me tell y’all—that seemingly small act was powerful.
