Gentle reminder to those not in #healthcare:
Before you take to socials to bash the people in healthcare (for referral delays, long wait times, etc), please consider that the *people* still working in healthcare are doing their best despite a profoundly broken system. Everywhere is understaffed. For those of us still showing up, don’t make it harder to continue to do so by blaming us for things as much outside our control as yours 💛
(Or else soon none of us will show up anymore)
