 I'm definitely only interested in desktop use for the Zap Cooking, I misunderstood (the lack of) connection between the mobile browser and Amber signer.

 Amber, yes, is android. On desktop for Windows, most people use the extension Nostr Connect and I believe they are developing Apple/IOS currently..Get back to you on that.

 That's already my setup (Amber on mobile and nos2x on desktop)
