The first picture is from about two years ago, two years into my carnivore diet and lifestyle.
I had lost 70 pounds and multiple chronic health conditions. WITHOUT exercise.
I just ate lots of fatty red meat and other animal products, which is still how I eat.
Today, two months into regular resistance training, I look and feel even healthier.
