This has been wrecking my head all day. Thanks to ODELL, I now know that this guy is a total ballbag, but why is everyone in this picture flipping the bird? Look closely, not all, but most of them seem to be pointing, but they are using their middle finger.
One guy on the far left visibly shifts from flipping the bird to pointing with his middle finger. 
The are obviously attempting to be overtly glib here, but who is this directed at?
